Brake Shears E21 20x2500 Plate Shears (NC)

SPS ® guillotine shearing machine is made of all-steel welding and heat-treated to eliminate internal stress. It is a common metal processing equipment mainly used to cut metal sheets of different thicknesses into the required length. SPS guillotine shearing machine adopts three-point bearing rolling guide to eliminate bearing gap and ensure shearing quality, cutting blade edge gap and shear angle are adjustable. When shearing thin plates, the shearing quality can be further improved, and when shearing thick plates, the thickness of the sheared plate can be increased. When shearing narrow strips, the advantage of the adjustable shear angle function is more prominent: a smaller shear angle can reduce the distortion of the strip.

Cutting Blade Gap

Blade gap is adjusted with a handwheel, which is fast, accurate and convienent.

Appropriate blade gap will achieve satisfactory shearing effect. The machine tool is equipped with a quick blade gap adjustment mechanism to meet the shearing needs of different plate thicknesses and materials. The blade gap can be adjusted by rotating the handwheel.

Backgauge Linear guide rail and ball screw

The rear stopper is controlled by a ball screw and linear guide rail, ensure machine positioning accuracy.
